Paper plate ball
What is your favorite sport that you would use a ball for? Football? Soccor? Basketball? Something different?
Have your grown up help you decorate a paper plate to look like that ball. What color does it need to be? Does it have any lines on it? Does it have a pattern?

Explore your 5 senses
What are things you can find around you home that you can see, touch, smell, taset, and hear? Can you find 5 things for each?
Go with your grown up and take a walk. Can you find the things in the picture on your walk?
Can you make snips? Can you cut a wavy line? A zig zag line?
Have your grown-up draw lines on paper and practice cutting along them.
Can you spell your name with your body? What other letters can you make?
How could you make an L (ideas: with one arm up and one to the side or sit on the ground and put your legs out straight and your arms up high)
Roll a dice, count the dots, do the exercise
1: run in place for 10 seconds
2: do 5 squats
3: do 5 Jumping jacks
4: Hop on one foot for 6 times
5: do 5 sit-ups
6: touch your toes 10 times

There are lots of different ways people can exercise....
What exercises can you do outside?
What exercises can you do inside?
What exercises can you do both inside and outside?
What exercises require things to help do them? (examples: swimming-poo;, jump rope-rope, etc)
What sports do you play that help you exercise?
Draw pictures of your favorite things to eat or make a collage using magazines and ads of your favorite foods.
Make a shopping list. What foods do you want to buy at the store. You can look at the items in your home to write their names, draw a picture of them, or practice your phonics skills by writing the sounds you hear when saying the item.
Different options:
Roll a dice-Match that number to the pieces of snack (example rolls a 3, put 3 cheerios on your plate).
Sort fruit snacks by type or color
Write or have your grown up help write the numbers 1-10 and match that number to the snack amount.
Eating healthy means eating variety of foods.
Can you name different foods that go with each color?
Red, orange, yellown, greeen, blue, purple, white, black, and brown?
